The Aspire Career Coaching Programmes were founded in response to a growing need for educators like me, to understand and be successful in job acquisition.

I recognised that at no point in my 26 year career, had anyone ever taught me how to apply for jobs or prepare properly for interviews. It was something that was never taught in my education degree course, nor were there any professional learning opportunities available for teachers to gain these skills.

I discovered that most educators had low confidence in these areas and little to no recent experience or models which they could build upon. 

As someone who has held many leadership roles within education, and worked within different school and countries, including my current position as an Assistant Principal in Victoria, Australia, I knew that I had the expertise and experience to be able to share what I know, to help others.

I am delighted to be able to being this unique mentorship platform and my job acquisition programmes to educators all over the world.
